In a 2-year event management program, you will get to know several departments such as F&B, Banqueting, Hospitality, Guest Relations, Housekeeping, Convention & Event Technology, Sales & Marketing (tailored individually to you) to gain as much practical experience and knowledge as possible. This is the foundation of your career. The goal is to be able to take on a supervisor or assistant role in the respective department. At the end of the 2-year program and a successful project, each trainee receives the scalaria talent academy diploma.
