During our 2-year event management programme, you will become acquainted with several departments, such as F&B, Banquet, Hospitality, Guest Relations, Housekeeping, Convention & Event Technology, Sales & Marketing (individually adapted to you), to allow you to gain as much practical experience and knowledge as possible. It will form the foundation of your career. The goal is for you to take on a supervisor or assistant role in the respective department. At the end of the 2-year programme and successful project work, each trainee will receive scalaria’s talent academy diploma.
