The scalaria talent academy offers every motivated and committed individual the opportunity to take on operational & administrative tasks in a young and aspiring company located at Lake Wolfgang in the Salzkammergut region. Over a period of 24 months, trainees rotate through 3–4 departments to gain comprehensive knowledge of the unique & flexible event location and its associated activities.
