The largest event stage in the Alps, “Europe’s superior Eventresort scalaria,” is looking for reinforcements to join our team immediately.

scalaria Event-Resort at Lake Wolfgang is a hotel dedicated to corporate events. Only for a few months each year can individual travellers experience the “scalaria philosophy.” Our resort features 210 designer rooms as well as unique venues for events and meetings of up to 1,500 guests.

Main Responsibilities
| Operational organisation and execution of exclusive galas & corporate events, including all related preparation and follow-up, in close cooperation with the F&B Managers
| Independent coordination of operational processes and ensuring smooth event execution
| Actively developing our service and quality standards and implementing them in the daily event operation
| Ongoing support and development of the service team to ensure our service standards
| Operational leadership and coordination of teams of up to 20 employees
| Actively creating wow moments together with the team

Your Profile
| Completed apprenticeship, hospitality training or similar, ideally with at least two years of professional experience in gastronomy, hospitality, catering or events
| Initial leadership experience or the motivation to take the next step towards a leadership role
| Strong hands-on mentality and a willingness to step in wherever needed
| Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working, with a good sense of situations and priorities
| High level of initiative, responsibility and reliability
| Creativity and enthusiasm for developing existing processes and actively contributing new ideas
| Enjoyment of personal development and the motivation to take on responsibility and grow with your role
| Empathy, team spirit and a professional service mindset, with an eye for detail and the needs of our guests
| Affinity for bars as well as basic knowledge of preparing long drinks and cocktails is an advantage
