Your unique event experience is completed by award-winning chef Klaus Kobald, scalaria's new Executive Chef.
Our basic kitchen concept is to offer five menus per season – spring, summer, autumn, and winter – to give guests an idea of what's possible. They then decide whether to choose one of these menus entirely for their event or if they'd like to individually swap out certain dishes. We provide advisory support throughout this process and make the client's vision a reality. Naturally, we also offer vegetarian and vegan menus, also seasonally dependent.
