The scalaria talent academy offers every motivated and dedicated individual the opportunity to take on operational and administrative tasks at a young and up-and-coming company on Lake Wolfgang in the Salzkammergut region. Over a period of 24 months, trainees rotate through 3–4 departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of this unique and flexible event location and its associated operations.
