The basic concept in the kitchen is to offer five seasonal menus – for spring, summer, autumn, and winter – to give you an idea of what's possible. You decide whether to choose one of these or if you'd like to individually swap out certain dishes. Of course, we also offer vegetarian and vegan menus, also seasonally adjusted. We are here to advise you throughout this process and make your vision a reality.
