Your unique seminar will be rounded off by award-winning chef Klaus Kobald, the Executive Chef of the scalaria.
The basic concept in the kitchen is that we offer five menus per season, i.e. spring, summer, fall and winter, so that you have an idea of what is possible. You decide whether you want to choose one of them or whether you want to change one or the other dish individually. Of course, we also offer vegetarian and vegan menus, also depending on the season.
We are on hand to advise you during this process and make whatever you have in mind possible.
