The unique event experience is completed by toque chef Klaus Kobald, the new Executive Chef of the scalaria, who, after working in the Tabor Turm restaurant in Graz and in the Hotel Schloss Gabelhofen in Fohnsdorf, is now cooking up in the scalaria.
